Hi! My name is Jeani Wright

and I am the owner of Portland Acne Specialists and a licensed esthetician and certified acne specialist. My background consists of 20+ years in the treatment room and 5 years as an outside sales rep for medical and esthetic equipment.

In the life of every person a moment comes when you want to change something in this world, something for which to be remembered. In my treatment room, I frequently saw acne sufferers with their head down and lowered eyes. I saw how acne impacted their self esteem. They became self aware and withdrawn. I could help them a little but their acne always returned. By nature, I am not a person to give up – I’m a fighter. I don’t like to lose and I know there is always a way to change things. So, being frustrated by the limited results that I was getting with my acne clients, I decided to devote myself to studying the different methods and techniques for treating acne. I read books on different acne treatment methods and took countless classes with the best acne experts in the country. I was close to an answer, but something was missing.

My studies and training are in the methods of Dr. James Fulton, a world-renowned dermatologist and co-creator of Retin-A and Benzoyl Peroxide, have prepared me to help my clients in the treatment of acne with an astonishing success rate. Working with many different skin issues, acne is the most misunderstood and typically falls into the “one size fits all” treatment.
